Off of State Road 207, approx. 3.5 miles southwest of downtown St. Augustine. Take I-95 South to SR 207 heading East, turn West (left) at the traffic light at Lightsey Road. Go a quarter mile to Timberwood Landing on the North side (right). The heart of shopping & dining is minutes away on SR 312 and US 1 - just look for Cobblestone Shopping Center. St. Augustine is noted for having some of the best beaches which are only minutes away, across the SR 312 Bridge.
2. How many homes will be built at Timberwood Landing? What size and price range?
The overall development will contain 91 homes upon completion. Timberwood currently offers eleven different styles of homes that will range in size from 1143 sq. ft. to 2400 sq. ft. and all homes will have a minimum of a two car garage. The base price of homes will start in the low $200,000‘s and the total cost of the homes would, of course, depend on your particular lot, home style choice, and options.
3. What amenities are available? Will there be a Home Owners Association?
Yes, the monthly association fee is currently projected at $95.00 per month (2006 Budget) which covers the cost of street lighting, sidewalks, fountain, clubhouse, pool, tennis court, and a tot lot.
4. What utilities are offered at Timberwood Landing?
Underground electricity, county water & sewer, cable, and phone utilities.
5. Are there schools nearby?
