Design

As you review the many standard designs that is currently available, you'll notice something special. The layout of our homes have a natural flow from one room to another with lighting that gives each home a comfortable atmosphere. We have created these designs after many hours of discussion with our current homeowners and many modification to previous designs like, 9' ceiling heights, vaulted ceilings, upgraded kitchen cabinets and tile flooring and much more. Our interior design staff works with each new home buyer to turn our plans into your dream home, reflecting your family's lifestyle.

Working Together

Customer service is the key and that's why First City Homes work directly with CENTURY 21 A1A Realty and their New Home Consultants, who have been fully trained to work with you and our construction staff to turn your dreams into reality. During the first visit and decision to purchase your new home, you will receive the HOMEOWNER GUIDE, which will walk you through each step of the construction process. We will follow each step with you so that you are totally aware of what is going on at all times. Your new homeowner's manual is a step by step guide that will help you make the right decisions from today forward, along with a complete guide to home repairs.

Customer value is the next key and that's why First City Homes recommends ANCIENT CITY MORTGAGE and ANCIENT CITY INSURANCE, making the new home buying process easy, like one stop shopping. They offer great service at very competitive prices and as a bonus for using the services of Ancient City for your new home purchase; you will receive $3,000 of upgrades or options. Customer security is the next key in working together and that's why First City Homes has a great warranty package that is broken down into three parts.

First you will receive a one year builder's warranty covering all mechanical and builder items, starting the day you receive your Certificate of Occupancy.

Second, as part of your warranty package you will receive the CENTURY 21 NEW HOME WARRANTY which ill cover all the appliances in your new home from year two through year five.

Third, you will receive a ten year structural warranty called HOME BUYER WARRANTY VI which will begin on the day you receive your Certificate of Occupancy
